The referee pair Nordahl/Rehnfeldt have, due to injury, had to withdraw from the Men's U19 internationals Norway-Latvia.Due to time and financial reasons the IFF has, after having agreed with the Norwegian federation, decided that the Norwegian referee pair Bjørn Einar Rønningen/Inge Haug shall referee the matches.
